Living area, dining room, kitchen, shed, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The third double bedroom is situated on the loft.
The pool measures 3.5 x 8 meters and the terraces around equipped with comfortable sun beds and a large parasol.
The garden is closed by an electronically controlled gate, creating private car park for 2 cars.

Included in the rentalprice: the rent, electricity and water, use of bed linen and kitchen linen. This however should be left clean. (see laundry service). Bring your own beach towels.
Not included in the rental price
- Cleaning 120, – Euro.
- Laundry Service: washing linen costs 28.5 euro per barrel 5kg .
Deposit Amount to be paid by bank 500, – Euro 2 weeks before arrival.
(Payback within two weeks minus costs for cleaning, laundry and possible dommage)
