Living room with dining area and open kitchen. From the living room three patio doors to terrace and garden on the south and to the private swimming pool located on the west.
The kitchen has ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, Senseo and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a large assortment of crockery and cutlery.
In the separate storage room is washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator / freezer.
On the ground floor toilet, a bedroom (double bed) and bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub.
The open staircase leads to the mezzanine / work area. There are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning in every room. One bedroom has two single beds and one bedroom has a bunk bed. There is also a second bathroom with tub and toilet.
The pool measures 8 x 3.5 meters. Safety cover in accordance with French law.
Additional security : pool area can be closed from the rest of the garden through a gate. Garden lighting, deck-chairs, gas grill and hammock make the great outdoor living complete!

Included in the price: the rent, electricity and water, use of bed linen and kitchen linen. This however should be left clean. (see laundry service). Bring your own beach towels.
Not included in the rental price
- Cleaning 120, – Euro.
- Laundry Service: washing linen costs 28.5 euro per barrel 5kg . Making the beds: 5 euros pp.
Deposit Amount to be paid two weeks before arrival: 400, – Euro.
