Living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Separate TV corner. For patio doors to south and west facing terraces. Beautiful view! Through a path through the garden one reaches the lower garden with private pool and lots of privacy and shelter.
The kitchen has ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. In the storage room washing machine, dryer and an extra refrigerator / freezer.
On the ground floor one bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the mezzanine (first floor), a work area and small children’s bedroom with bunk beds. Furthermore, a bedroom (2 bed with two mattresses 1 person) and a bathroom with sink, tub and toilet.
The pool measures 8 x 3.5 meters. Safety cover in accordance with French law.
The villa can accommodate 4 – 5 persons. Depending on family composition, you have access to three bedrooms. (1 double bed downstairs, 1 double bed upstairs and a bunk bed upstairs)
Heating through electric radiators and a wood stove.
